a state-of-the-art, interactive sales gallery showcasing the 1000m luxury condo tower
Working with our partners at PJR Design, we developed a multi-part interactive experience for visitors to the 1000M Sales Gallery on Michigan Avenue in downtown Chicago. The system is designed to facilitate the brokerage process and help agents and buyers establish a shared digital portfolio.

the view wall
The stunning centerpiece of the Sales Gallery is a curved, 8K video wall comprised of 28 commercial grade, micro-bezel NEC displays. Using our iOS app, brokers can choose a floor and direction to display drone-captured panoramic views on the view wall. They can then pan 360° and toggle between day and dusk modes, giving visitors a crystal clear vision of the view from their future home.

Touch screen stations
The touch screen kiosk stations allow the broker to give guests a virtual tour of the amenities and offerings at 1000M, browse through image galleries, and look at detailed floor plans. The detailed scale model of the 1000M tower was outfitted with internal LEDs and microcontrollers which are controlled by our iOS app, giving the agents the ability to enter filtered search criteria and individually light up specific units.
